Our girl turned 6 today.

Six. It just doesn't seem possible!!! Emma has grown up just so fast. This year has been a BIG one. Emma started kindergarten and has just taken off. She is reading and writing up a storm. And my goodness does she love to draw! She is so talented and creative that I am constantly amazed by her art work. She is still loving gymnastics and has almost perfected her cartwheel. She still loves the Disney Princesses but Barbie may just nudge them out as a favorite during this next year. We still have training wheels on the bike because she is just not that interested in learning to ride it. I know that as soon as it becomes important to her they will be gone in half a second.
Each and every day Emma makes me smile and laugh. Her sense of humor is so far beyond her age. She is tenderhearted but thick skinned at the same time. She is kind, helpful, a bit bossy, and just incredibly smart. She is so sweet and loving to everyone. She is beautiful inside and out. I wish each of you could spend more time with her because if you think you love her now I can honestly tell you that the more you get to know her the more in love you fall.
