Sick Day

Monday is usually my run around like a crazy woman day, but today is going to be a little different. Usually we are out of the house and headed to the Y by 7:30 then off to drop Tyler at school by 9am. Emma and I then race home for a quick shower and on to gymnastics for 10:15 am. We leave gymnastics and do a few errands then head home for lunch and a nap. Nap time is my time to get the house in some sort of order from the weekend.

But not today......

Today is a Sick Day for Tyler.

He is throwing up and has a fever. So today we spend in our pj's on the couch watching movies.

Emma isn't sick yet, however she is enjoying being in her pj's watching movies with her Tyler.

Lizard

We found a baby lizard in the house the other day. We didn't tell the kids about it until the poor little guy was safe and sound in a cup. The trauma that the lizard endured while being released was probably enough to give it a heart attack but at least the kids had an up close encounter with nature=)

Girl Time

Emma and I are having so much fun doing girly things while Tyler is at school. We spend a lot of our days playing with dolls, coloring, painting her toes, and beading her jewelry. Her small motor skills just floor me! Here are a few pictures of her making her latest necklace.

She is also going to gymnastics each Monday...or as she calls it...nastics. She absolutely loves it and does really well.

They will have an observation class later in the year so I will be able to take some better pictures then.

Playing Together

It may not seem like it when you call the house and hear all the yelling and arguing, but I swear the kids do play well together quite a bit of the time.

Tyler, Emma, Wiener Dog and I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!! We wish you the happiest of birthdays!!!!!!

PS....My birthday was last month and all I asked Marshall for was a house..I didn't get it, but we did just find out today that the bank accepted our offer on the short sale of this house so Marshall bought himself one for HIS birthday!!!!!!!=)
